Terms of Service

These terms of service (the « Terms ») govern access to and use of Sharplead. By creating an account, you accept these Terms.

1. What the service does

Sharplead connects freelancers (developers and AI automation specialists) with qualified prospects. After you complete a questionnaire, the service offers you leads that match your profile. You can unlock one of them by paying to reveal its contact details.

2. Account and eligibility

  • You must be of legal age and provide accurate information.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
  • To enforce this, creating an account requires verification (email or Google, plus an SMS code) and technical anti-fraud checks.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

3. Leads, payment and refunds

  • A lead's contact details are only revealed once the unlock has been paid for.
  • The price is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • You can unlock one lead per month, so that leads are spread fairly across freelancers.
  • 4-day guarantee: if the lead does not reply to you within 4 days, you can file a claim from your « My leads » page. Once we review and accept it, we refund the unlock in full.
  • A lead is a business opportunity: Sharplead does not guarantee that a contract will be signed, nor how the prospect will behave beyond the guarantee above.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • circumvent the anti-fraud measures or create several accounts;
  • resell, share or redistribute the lead contact details you obtain;
  • use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive purposes.

5. Suspension

If these Terms are breached, in particular through multi-accounting or fraud, Sharplead may refuse a sign-up, suspend or delete an account without notice.

6. Liability

The service is provided « as is ». Sharplead cannot be held liable for the business decisions you make based on a lead, nor for a temporary interruption of the service.
