This policy explains what personal data Sharplead collects, why we collect it, and how it is protected. Sharplead connects freelancers (developers and AI automation specialists) with qualified prospects.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Sharplead. For any question about your data, write to us at contact@sharplead.io.

2. Data we collect

• Account: email address, password (encrypted), or the identity provided by Google if you use Google sign-in.
• Profile: your questionnaire answers (activity, budget expectations, experience, preferences).
• Phone number: used to send you the verification code when you sign up.
• Payment: transactions are handled by Stripe. We never store your card number.

3. Why we use this data

• To create and secure your account, and to sign you in.
• To offer you leads that are relevant to your profile.
• To process payments when you unlock a lead.
• To prevent multiple accounts and abuse (one person = one account).

4. Processors

We rely on providers that process some of this data on our behalf: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), Twilio (verification SMS) and Vercel (hosting). Each applies its own security safeguards.

5. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. The anti-fraud signals (hashed values) are kept for as long as they are needed to prevent abuse. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
